 ಫುಲ್‌ಬ್ರೈಟ್ ಡಿಸ್ಟಿಂಗ್ವಿಶ್ಡ್ ಅವಾರ್ಡ್ಸ್ ಇನ್ ಟೀಚಿಂಗ್ ಪ್ರೋಗ್ರಾಮ್ ಫಾರ್ ಅಂತರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ (ಫುಲ್‌ಬ್ರೈಟ್ ಡಿಎಐ) Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, U.S. ಡಿಪಾರ್ಟ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಿಸಿದೆ.  ಇದು ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಫುಲ್‌ಬ್ರೈಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿದೆ, ಸೆನೆಟರ್ ಜೆ. ವಿಲಿಯಂ ಫುಲ್‌ಬ್ರೈಟ್ ಅವರ ಗೌರವಾರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ಹೆಸರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ, ಇದು ಯುನೈಟೆಡ್ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ದೇಶಗಳ ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಸ್ಪರ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

 ಫುಲ್‌ಬ್ರೈಟ್ DAI ಯು ಎಸ್ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೆಮಿಸ್ಟರ್-ಉದ್ದದ ನಾನ್-ಡಿಗ್ರಿ, ನಾನ್-ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್, ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿದೆ.  ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಒಂದು ಸೆಮಿಸ್ಟರ್‌ಗಾಗಿ ಸರಿಸುಮಾರು 50 ಅಂತರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು U.S.ಗೆ ತರುತ್ತದೆ.  ಅಂತರರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ, ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶ, ಬೋಟ್ಸ್ವಾನಾ, ಬ್ರೆಜಿಲ್, ಫಿನ್ಲ್ಯಾಂಡ್, ಗ್ರೀಸ್, ಭಾರತ, ಇಂಡೋನೇಷ್ಯಾ, ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್, ಕೀನ್ಯಾ, ಮೆಕ್ಸಿಕೋ, ಮೊರಾಕೊ, ನ್ಯೂಜಿಲೆಂಡ್, ಫಿಲಿಪೈನ್ಸ್, ಸೆನೆಗಲ್, ಸಿಂಗಾಪುರ್, ತೈವಾನ್, ಉಗಾಂಡಾ ಮತ್ತು ಯುನೈಟೆಡ್ ಕಿಂಗ್‌ಡಮ್‌ನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ.  ಭಾರತದಿಂದ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.  ಆಯ್ದ ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರನ್ನು US ಹೋಸ್ಟ್ ಯೂನಿವರ್ಸಿಟಿ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಆಫ್ ಎಜುಕೇಶನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 2023 ರಿಂದ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 2023 ರವರೆಗೆ ಇರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಅವರ ವಿಷಯದ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪರಿಣತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಲು, ಅವರ ಬೋಧನಾ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಯುನೈಟೆಡ್ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ಸ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅವರ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಅನನ್ಯ ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.  , ಮತ್ತು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಅಥವಾ ಗುಂಪಿನ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿ.  ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ಆತಿಥೇಯ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯದ ಶಾಲೆ ಅಥವಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋರ್ಸ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಆಡಿಟ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಭಾಗವಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ.  ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು U.S ತರಗತಿಯ ಪರಿಸರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರನ್ನು ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ, ಅತಿಥೇಯ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯದ ಸಮೀಪವಿರುವ US ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ US ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸಹ-ಬೋಧಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ.  ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಉದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಪುಷ್ಟೀಕರಣ, ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

 ಫುಲ್‌ಬ್ರೈಟ್ DAI ಪ್ರೋಗ್ರಾಂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಬೋಧಿಸುವ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಮಯದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಂದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ (ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ, ಮಧ್ಯಮ, ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಿಕ, ಅಥವಾ ಹಿರಿಯ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಿಕ), ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ತರಬೇತುದಾರರು, ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಿಕ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ತಜ್ಞರು, ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರು, ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ತಜ್ಞರು, ವಿಶೇಷ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಯೋಜಕರು ಮತ್ತು  ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಐವತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಶತ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಬೋಧಿಸಲು ಅಥವಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕರು.  ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಸುವ ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೋಗ್ರಾಂ ತೆರೆದಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಭಾರತೀಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಅಂತಿಮ ದಿನಾಂಕ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 10, 2022 ಆಗಿದೆ.

2022-2023 Fulbright Distinguished Awards in Teaching Program for International Teachers  

The Fulbright Distinguished Awards in Teaching Program for international teachers (Fulbright DAI) is sponsored by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, U.S. Department of State. It is part of the overall Fulbright Program, named in honor of Senator J. William Fulbright, which promotes mutual understanding among people of the United States and other countries.

The Fulbright DAI is a semester-long non-degree, non-credit, professional development program at a U.S. university. The program will bring approximately 50 international teachers to the U.S. for a semester. For international teachers, the program is open to teachers from Bangladesh, Botswana, Brazil, Finland, Greece, India, Indonesia, Israel, Kenya, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, Philippines, Senegal, Singapore, Taiwan, Uganda, and United Kingdom. Up to four teachers from India will participate in the program. Selected international participants will be placed at a U.S. host university School of Education from August 2023 to December 2023. The program will provide with a unique opportunity to develop greater expertise in their subject areas, enhance their teaching skills, increase their knowledge about the United States, and complete an individual or group project. Participants will audit courses in the host university’s school or department of education, and thus will be part of the university community. The program will include opportunities to observe and co-teach with U.S. teachers in a U.S. school near the host university, in order to actively engage participants in the U.S. classroom environment. Cultural enrichment, mentoring, and support will be provided throughout the program.

The Fulbright DAI program invites applications from full time teachers teaching any subject at any level (primary, middle, secondary, or senior secondary), teacher trainers, primary and secondary level library media specialists, guidance counselors, curriculum specialists, special education coordinators, and administrators who spend at least fifty percent of their time teaching or working directly with students. The program is open for applicants who live and teach India. 

Application deadline for Indian candidates is March 10, 2022.
