We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition - Specialist and Talent Acquisition - Associate at Kriya Next Wealth Pvt Ltd. 

Talent Acquisition - Specialist - 6+ years of Expereicne 

Talent Acquisition - Associate - 1-2Years of Experience

Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling end to end process of recruitment

·    Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job portals, social platforms, and professional networks)

·   Good experience in volume hiring pertaining to BPO industry

.    Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

·    Working with College partnerships for campus hiring

·    Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews

·    Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals

 Qualifications, Skills, and Education Requirements:

·      5+ years’ experience in recruitment (Specific to BPO industry)

·      Excellent understanding of sourcing channels, including referral, social media, job portals, colleges etc.

·      Good understanding of end-to-end Talent Acquisition process

·      Hands-on experience with MS Office tools, specifically MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word

·      Bachelor’s degree is required, Masters is preferred
