 ವಿಶ್ವದ ಅನೇಕ ದೇಶಗಳು ಭಾರತಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಅಧಿಕ ಸಂಪದ್ಭರಿತವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸಂಪತ್ತು, ಶಸ್ತ್ರಾಸ್ತ್ರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಳ ಮುಂದಿವೆ; ಆದರೆ ಭಾರತವು ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ‘ಗುರುವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮವು ಭಾರತದ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ವಿಶ್ವಾದ್ಯಂತವಿರುವ ಕೆಲವು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮದಿಂದ  ಉತ್ತರ ಸಿಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಯಿದೆ. ಈ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದಲೇ ಅಂತರರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ‘ಜಿ-20’ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ  ‘ಸಿ-20’ ಯ ವಿವಿಧ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. 

ಗೋವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮಬಾರಿಗೆ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ‘ಸಿ-20’ ಪರಿಷತ್ತು ‘ವಿವಿಧತೆ, ಸರ್ವಸಮಾವೇಶಕತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಗೌರವ’ ಈ ವಿಷಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಮೇ 27, 2023 ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 10 ಗಂಟೆಯಿಂದ ಸಾಯಂಕಾಲ 5 ಗಂಟೆಯ ವರೆಗೆ  ‘ರಾಜಹಂಸ ನೌದಳ ಸಭಾಗೃಹ’ ದಾಬೋಲೀಮ್, ವಾಸ್ಕೋ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಷತ್ತು ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ.  ಆದುದರಿಂದ ಈ ‘ಸಿ-20’  ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಂತೆ ‘ಸಿ-20’ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಅಂತರರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಮನ್ವಯಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ನವದೆಹಲಿಯ ‘ಇಂಟರನ್ಯಾಶನಲ್  ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲ್ ಆಫ್ ಕಲ್ಚರಲ್ ಸ್ಟಡೀಸ್’ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆ ಪ್ರಾ. ಡಾ. ಶಶಿಬಾಲಾ ಇವರು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.  ಅವರು ಪಣಜಿಯ ಹೊಟೆಲ್ ಡೆಲಮನ್ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಮಹರ್ಷಿ ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲ’ದ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಸಮನ್ವಯಕರಾದ ಸೌ. ಶ್ವೇತಾ ಕ್ಲಾರ್ಕ ಮತ್ತು ಡಾ. (ಸೌ.) ಅಮೃತಾ ದೇಶಮಾನೆಯವರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

ಈ ‘ಸಿ-20 ಪರಿಷತ್’ಅನ್ನು  ಗೋವಾ ಸರಕಾರ, ‘ಮಹರ್ಷಿ ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ’ ‘ಇಂಟರನ್ಯಾಶನಲ್ ಸೆಂಟರ್ ಫಾರ್ ಕಲ್ಚರಲ್ ಸ್ಟಡೀಸ್’ ಮತ್ತು ‘ಭಾರತೀಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಭವನ, ನವದೆಹಲಿ’ ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಸಂಯೋಜನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರು ಈ ‘ಸಿ-20’ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಧೋರಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನವನ್ನು ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿ ರಚಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಭಾರತದ ‘ಸಿ-20’ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಮಾತಾ ಅಮೃತಾನಂದಮಯಿ ಮಠ’ದ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕಿ ಪರಮಪೂಜ್ಯ ಮಾತಾ ಅಮೃತಾನಂದಮಯಿಯವರನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿಗೆ ಗೋವಾ ಪ್ರವಾಸೋದ್ಯಮ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ. ರೋಹನ ಖವಂಟೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ. ಗೋವಿಂದ ಗಾವಡೆಯವರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿರಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಮಹರ್ಷಿ ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಸೌ. ಶ್ವೇತಾ ಕ್ಲಾರ್ಕ ಇವರು ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

 ಪ್ರಾ. ಡಾ. ಶಶಿ ಬಾಲಾ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ, ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು ಹವಾಮಾನ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ, ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆ, ಮಹಾಮಾರಿಗಳಂತಹ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೋರಾಡಲು, ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಆಹಾರ, ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆಗಳ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಪೂರೈಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ರಾಜಕಾರಣದ ಪ್ರಭಾವದಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು, ಭೂ-ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಒತ್ತಡವನ್ನು ದೂರಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು, ಮಾನವತೆಗಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮತ್ತು ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ‘ಜಿ-20’ ರಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ‘ವಸುದೈವ ಕುಟುಂಬಕಮ್’ ಇದು ‘ಜಿ-20’ಯ ಘೋಷವಾಕ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಭಾರತವು ಈ ಬಾರಿ ‘ಜಿ-20’ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿದೆ. ‘ಜಿ-20’ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಸಿ-20’ ಅರ್ಥಾತ್ ‘ಸಿವಿಲ್ 20’ಯ # YouAreTheLight  ಇದು ಘೋಷವಾಕ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ‘ಸಿ-20’ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ, ಪರಿಸರ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ, ಪಾರಂಪಾರಿಕ ಕಲೆ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂವರ್ಧನೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ 14 ರೀತಿಯ ವಿವಿಧ ಗುಂಪುಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇವಲ ‘ವಿವಿಧತೆ, ಸರ್ವಸಮಾವೇಶಕತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಗೌರವ’ ಈ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ‘ಸಿ-20 ಪರಿಷತ್’ ಅನ್ನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಭಾರತದ ಬಿಲಾಸಪೂರ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ದೆಹಲಿ, ನಾಗಪೂರ, ಇಂದೋರ, ಹಮರೀಪೂರ, ರಾಂಚಿ ಮುಂತಾದ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಬಾಲಿ, ಥೈಲ್ಯಾಂಡ ಮುಂತಾದ ದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಪರಿಷತ್ತು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇವನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಇನ್ನೂ 10 ಕಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಪರಿಷತ್ತನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ಎಲ್ಲ 14 ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಮೇಲಿನ ‘ಸಿ-20’ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತವಿರುವ  2 ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಅಧಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿವೆ.

ಈ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸುವ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತರು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ :
