The students have to appear before the registration committee in the above address on 27-12-2022 between 10.00am to 11.30 am with all the original documents (SSLC, PUC, Study certificate attested by BEO and CET rank certificate is mandatory.) ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಔಷಧ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ, ಸುಬ್ಬಯ್ಯ ವೃತ್ತ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು 27 ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಭರ್ತಿಯಾಗದೇ ಉಳಿದಿರುವ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಬಿ.ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಕೋರ್ಸ್‍ಗಳಿಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 27-12-2022 ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 10.00 ರಿಂದ 11.30 ಗಂಟೆಗೆಯೊಳಗೆ ನೊಂದಣಿ ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಮುಂದೆ ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಔಷಧ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ (ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ, ಪಿ.ಯು.ಸಿ. ಬಿ.ಇ.ಓ ರವರಿಂದ ದೃಢೀಕರಣಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿ.ಇ.ಟಿ, ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.) ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದೆ. ಹಾಗೂ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅದೇ ದಿನಾಂಕದಂದು ಪ್ರವೇಶವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯತಕ್ಕದ್ದು, ಪ್ರಥಮ ಬಿ.ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಕೋರ್ಸ್‍ನ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಶುಲ್ಕ ರೂ. 14,450/- ಆಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
