Bengaluru, May 15: The School Education Department has issued a final show cause notice to the Samar International Islamic School (Jamiya Mohammedia Education Society - Mumbai) in Hegde Nagar, which is running illegally, and has asked it to respond within seven days. Otherwise, it has warned that the school's recognition will be withdrawn and the registration given to the school will be cancelled.
Many complaints have been received about the educational institution running against the law, and all of them have been examined. Therefore, notices have been issued several times to provide original documents, but the documents have not been submitted so far. The School Education Department has objected that the Education Department is misleading students and parents by giving false information. The educational institution has taken confusing decisions step by step and submitted different types of documents at each stage. It has said that the overall functioning of the management board is questionable.
The name of the school and the management board of Samar International School, which is registered for classes 1 to 10 and is being run with permission to change the name of the school, has been mentioned in each and every document. It has been said that the original documents regarding the institution and the school premises have not been provided for verification so far.
It has been seen that the educational institution is defrauding the School Education Department, the public, children and parents. A final notice has been issued asking for reasons why the higher authorities should not be recommended to withdraw the recognition given to your school under Section 7[A] 39 of the Karnataka Education Act-1983 and to cancel the registration given to your school under Rule 34. If a written explanation is not submitted within 7 days along with supporting documents, the school recognition will be withdrawn and the registration given to the school will be recommended to the higher authorities. The Deputy Director of the School Education Department, Bangalore South District, has issued a final notice.
